There are two ways two go about selecting multiple monitor wallpapers in Windows 10—neither particularly intuitive. I have the opposite issue - in extended mode, I get two different wallpapers on each monitor, however there is no way to set it to show the same image on both monitors but keep the 2 monitor functionality.
